As a traditional family firm, we are particularly focused on promoting a family-friendly, health-orientated company structure, offering our employees a wide range of health promoting workplace benefits and, as part of our cultural responsibility, supporting the creative and open discussion of culture and the arts.
Through the realisation of exhibitions by significant and important artists together with a varied concert program, we provide a framework for discussion through which horizons are broadened, curiosity is awakened and where openness and innovation can thrive.
It was widely accepted in ancient civilisations that nutrition, whilst important, was not the only key to a healthy and beneficial lifestyle. Man is not merely a biological organism but also a cultural being. Cultural experiences help to shape our character. At PEMA, every year we host different events and functions providing our employees and visitors alike, with a positive cultural stimulus.
We organise exhibitions and concerts during our Kulturfestival (cultural festival), health days with lectures and workshops and so much more besides, in our three venues:
Das Keine Museum (The Little Museum) the ROGG-IN and the Weisse Kubus (The White Cube).
Within a matter of a few years the PEMA Festival of Culture (Kulturfestival) has become an important fixture in the cultural calendar,
enticing many visitors to Weissenstadt with its interesting exhibitions, readings, presentations and concerts.
Das Kleine Museum, The Little Museum, is a centre for simplicity, which through its architecture and exhibitions presents and discusses the artistic directions of Concrete Art, Op-Art (a style of visual art that uses optical illusions) and Kinetic Art (where movement is considered an integral aesthetic part of the artwork).
