PEMA bread is created out of a fascination with rye, careful preparation and a natural sourdough that has been fermented for 72 hours. We get our Rye directly from regional contract farmers. It is initially pre-cleaned and then subject to a gentle washing process before wet grinding.

Choosing Harmony:
The cereal content in PEMA bread contains 100% wholegrain rye which is high in fibre.  One slice of bread (63g) contains 5g of fibre. Ideal for breakfast or a snack as well as all other meals.
