Made from only rye, water and salt. A slow bake for 20 hours gives this bread its colour and taste without the need for sweeteners or colouring.
Wholegrain Rye 49%, Water, Natural Sourdough 18% (Wholegrain Rye, Water), Salt, Yeast.
