ORGANIC MULTIGRAIN BREAD

MULTI GRAIN BREAD - 100% organic
Four different sorts of grain from organic farming from a distinct composition of which we bake this particularly aromatic bread. The composition of the grains chosen gives to the bread its high nutritional value. Oats and barley are valuable for heart and cycle because of their positive effect on the cholesterol level.

Ingredients
Grains* 53% (whole-grain rye* 36%, partly as natural sourdough with natural yeast, oat flakes* 6%, barley flakes* 6%, whole grain wheat* 5%) water, salt.
*From certified organic farms. We are continuously tested by the DE-001-Öko inspection agency.
