

Gluten-free rice toast bread
This tasty rice bread, free from gluten, is baked from freshly milled, whole grain rice. Whole grain rice contains the germ and the aleuron layer, making it particularly rich in vitamins and minerals. It contains sweet lupine, which is rich in proteins, as well as the protein components Lysine and Methionine, which is not produced by the human body. These two amino acids have to be ingested with food.
