A whole grain bread with grape seed flour
PEMA whole grain bread with grape seed flour tastes intense and hearty, with a slight nutty character. Grape seed flour is extracted while producing grape seed oil. It contributes to the high fibre content of this bread.

Ingredients: Kibbled whole rye 44%, partly as natural sourdough, water, grape seed flour 4%, yeast, salt.
