Barley BREAD

A whole grain bread with barley –
particularly valuable due to beta glucan
Whole grain bread is not necessarily derived from rye, but is great in taste from barley, also. Barley has the advantage of containing beta glucan, which serves to consolidate the body’s defensive forces.

Ingredients
54% grain components (34% barley, 20% rye, partly as natural sourdough with natural yeast), water, honey, cumin, salt 1%.
